Level 1: "Habitable Zone"

Level 1 is a large, concrete warehouse with exposed rebar. The floors and walls are covered in a low-hanging fog that often condenses into puddles. There are dim fluorescent lights on the walls, but they provide little illumination.

Unlike Level 0, Level 1 has a consistent supply of water and electricity. This makes it possible for wanderers to live there indefinitely, as long as they take appropriate precautions. Level 1 is also much larger than Level 0, with staircases, elevators, isolated rooms, and hallways.
