Level 39, also known as The Enchanted Forest, is the 39th level of the Backrooms. It is a large, dense forest with trees that are all different shapes and sizes. The trees are covered in leaves and moss, and the ground is covered in a thick layer of dead leaves and branches. There is a constant mist in the air, and the only light comes from the occasional patch of sunlight that filters through the trees. Level 39 is relatively hilly, with hills having steep inclines of 5° to 70°. This makes it so that some parts of the level are hard to access without proper equipment. Level 39 is a finite level, spanning an approximate 300 kilometers (190 miles) across in a circular shape. Level 39 does not have a day-night cycle, and is instead stuck in a constant state of late dusk. There are no known entities on Level 39.
